Gerri made a chocolate cake for my boyfriend's surprise birthday party. It was chocolate buttercream with two tone chocolate icing. It was a beautiful looking cake; very masculine but classy. Although the guests at the dinner party were concerned that they didn't have room for it, they all had a piece of the cake. They devoured it! They all raved at how light it was and how delicious it tasted. Gerri, thank you soooo much for making such a wonderful cake at the last minute for me like that. It was an excellent touch for the party.
